The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TEX13B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEX13B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where TEX13B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
