TEX13A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX13A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,146 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ODC1, SLC17A5, and THAP5P1. Each is linked with TEX13A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX13A-to-partner and partner-to-TEX13A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ODC1 grouped by TEX13A-low versus TEX13A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
