Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX13A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf92, UMOD, and UGT2A1. Each is linked with TEX13A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX13A-to-partner and partner-to-TEX13A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C16orf92 grouped by TEX13A-low versus TEX13A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
