TEX13A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX13A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,139 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH2, PCDHA2, and RBM20. Each is linked with TEX13A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX13A-to-partner and partner-to-TEX13A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH2 grouped by TEX13A-low versus TEX13A-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
