TEX101

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX101 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,888 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX101-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1266, LRRC20, and UFD1. Each is linked with TEX101 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX101-to-partner and partner-to-TEX101 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1266 grouped by TEX101-low versus TEX101-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX101→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX101) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
