TEX101

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX101 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 642 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX101-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of complement activation, Negative regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, and Cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with TEX101 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX101-to-partner and partner-to-TEX101 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of complement activation grouped by TEX101-low versus TEX101-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX101→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX101) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
