TET3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TET3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,258 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TET3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR14A2, RPL22P19, and IQCB1. Each is linked with TET3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TET3-to-partner and partner-to-TET3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TET3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TET3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
