TET3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TET3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,398 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TET3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF667-AS1, ITPK1, and BNIP1. Each is linked with TET3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TET3-to-partner and partner-to-TET3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TET3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TET3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
