TET2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TET2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,253 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TET2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTERF3, MGAT2, and NOP2. Each is linked with TET2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TET2-to-partner and partner-to-TET2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TET2 versus MTERF3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TET2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TET2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
