Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TET2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 660 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TET2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL4A2-AS1, NDRG1, and TLE6. Each is linked with TET2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TET2-to-partner and partner-to-TET2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TET2 versus COL4A2-AS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TET2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TET2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
