TET2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TET2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TET2-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ1, FMO4, and BCCIP. Each is linked with TET2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TET2-to-partner and partner-to-TET2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ1 grouped by TET2-low versus TET2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TET2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TET2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
