Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TET1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,669 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TET1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, TCL1A, and PSME2. Each is linked with TET1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TET1-to-partner and partner-to-TET1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TET1 versus GRAP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TET1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TET1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
