TET1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TET1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TET1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, ASNS, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with TET1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TET1-to-partner and partner-to-TET1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by TET1-low versus TET1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TET1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TET1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
