Across TCGA cell cohorts, TET1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,333 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TET1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with TET1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TET1-to-partner and partner-to-TET1 results are reported.
