TET1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TET1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 501 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TET1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G12B, SPATA48, and METTL16. Each is linked with TET1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TET1-to-partner and partner-to-TET1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G12B grouped by TET1-low versus TET1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TET1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TET1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
