TESPA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TESPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,569 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TESPA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN6, DOCK2, and WDFY4. Each is linked with TESPA1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESPA1-to-partner and partner-to-TESPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TESPA1 versus SEPTIN6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TESPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TESPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
