Across TCGA patient cohorts, TESPA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,316 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TESPA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM14_T206, RBM15_S105, and RBM15_T568. Each is linked with TESPA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESPA1-to-partner and partner-to-TESPA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TESPA1 versus RBM14_T206 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
