TESPA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TESPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,544 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TESPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C11orf98, UHRF1, and MCM10. Each is linked with TESPA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESPA1-to-partner and partner-to-TESPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C11orf98 grouped by TESPA1-low versus TESPA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TESPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TESPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
