Across TCGA patient cohorts, TESPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TESPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with TESPA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESPA1-to-partner and partner-to-TESPA1 results are reported.
