Across TCGA cell cohorts, TESPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,475 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TESPA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monocarboxylic acid transport, Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Cellular component disassembly. Each is linked with TESPA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESPA1-to-partner and partner-to-TESPA1 results are reported.
