Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TESPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TESPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBLIF, UBE3A, and GBE1. Each is linked with TESPA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESPA1-to-partner and partner-to-TESPA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBLIF grouped by TESPA1-low versus TESPA1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TESPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TESPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
