TESK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TESK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,309 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TESK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XAB2, SEC24A, and COPB1. Each is linked with TESK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESK2-to-partner and partner-to-TESK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TESK2 versus XAB2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TESK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TESK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
