Across TCGA cell cohorts, TESK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TESK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, NKX2-6, and TLE7. Each is linked with TESK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESK2-to-partner and partner-to-TESK2 results are reported.
