TESK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TESK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 7,767 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TESK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, MUC16, and FAM135B. Each is linked with TESK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESK1-to-partner and partner-to-TESK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by TESK1-low versus TESK1-high in GBM.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TESK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TESK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
