Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TESK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,302 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TESK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D23, SMU1, and TAGLN3. Each is linked with TESK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESK1-to-partner and partner-to-TESK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TESK1 versus TBC1D23 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TESK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TESK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
