TESK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TESK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 592 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TESK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP15, RNU6-1082P, and INSIG1. Each is linked with TESK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESK1-to-partner and partner-to-TESK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTP15 grouped by TESK1-low versus TESK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TESK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TESK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
