TESK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TESK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,457 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TESK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGP1, TMEM8B, and GBA2. Each is linked with TESK1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESK1-to-partner and partner-to-TESK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TESK1 versus RGP1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TESK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TESK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
