Across TCGA cell cohorts, TESK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,216 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TESK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, no-go decay, Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, and Negative regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with TESK1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESK1-to-partner and partner-to-TESK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, no-go decay grouped by TESK1-low versus TESK1-high in OESOPHAGUS.
