TESK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TESK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TESK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC12, DEFB4A, and BPIFA1. Each is linked with TESK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESK1-to-partner and partner-to-TESK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WFDC12 grouped by TESK1-low versus TESK1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TESK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TESK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
