TERT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,389 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA3, TACC3, and EME1. Each is linked with TERT in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERT-to-partner and partner-to-TERT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TERT versus CDCA3 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
