Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,180 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TERT-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRC1, NTMT1, and TRGJP1. Each is linked with TERT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERT-to-partner and partner-to-TERT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UQCRC1 grouped by TERT-low versus TERT-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
