TERT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TERT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 195 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERT-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCN9, SNTG2, and OR1L3. Each is linked with TERT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERT-to-partner and partner-to-TERT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCN9 grouped by TERT-low versus TERT-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
