TERF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,502 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TERF2IP, DHX38, and VPS4A. Each is linked with TERF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF2-to-partner and partner-to-TERF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TERF2 versus TERF2IP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
