The most reproducible TERF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP319, MIR6133, and RNU6-800P. Each is linked with TERF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF2-to-partner and partner-to-TERF2 results are reported.
