Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERF2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Osteoblast, Adipocytes, and MEP. Each is linked with TERF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF2-to-partner and partner-to-TERF2 results are reported.
