Across TCGA cell cohorts, TERF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,238 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear transport, Nucleocytoplasmic transport, and mRNA alternative polyadenylation. Each is linked with TERF2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF2-to-partner and partner-to-TERF2 results are reported.
