Across TCGA cell cohorts, TERF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRISP1 and IQCF6. Each is linked with TERF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF2-to-partner and partner-to-TERF2 results are reported.
