Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERF1P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,768 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TERF1P6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, and Methylation. Each is linked with TERF1P6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF1P6-to-partner and partner-to-TERF1P6 results are reported.
