Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERF1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,436 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TERF1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein quality control for misfolded or incompletely synthesized proteins, Transcription preinitiation complex assembly, and Protein acylation. Each is linked with TERF1P2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF1P2-to-partner and partner-to-TERF1P2 results are reported.
