TERF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,923 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOA2, TCEA1, and YTHDF3. Each is linked with TERF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF1-to-partner and partner-to-TERF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TERF1 versus NCOA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
