Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,913 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TERF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D8B, SEC31A, and ARPC2. Each is linked with TERF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF1-to-partner and partner-to-TERF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TERF1 versus TBC1D8B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
