TERF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 369 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT8P6, RN7SL632P, and EIF4A3P1. Each is linked with TERF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF1-to-partner and partner-to-TERF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT8P6 grouped by TERF1-low versus TERF1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
