Across TCGA cell cohorts, TERF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,680 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of establishment of protein localization to chromosome, Regulation of establishment of protein localization to telomere, and DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TERF1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF1-to-partner and partner-to-TERF1 results are reported.
