Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,993 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TERB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic attachment of telomere to nuclear envelope, Amino acid catabolic process, and Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with TERB2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERB2-to-partner and partner-to-TERB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Meiotic attachment of telomere to nuclear envelope grouped by TERB2-low versus TERB2-high in TGCT.
