Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 311 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGGF1P5, VWA1, and TPT1P10. Each is linked with TERB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERB2-to-partner and partner-to-TERB2 results are reported.
