TERB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TERB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HGFAC, TANC1, and GLE1. Each is linked with TERB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERB2-to-partner and partner-to-TERB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HGFAC grouped by TERB2-low versus TERB2-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
