TEPSIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEPSIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,720 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEPSIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RALY, ILF2, and SUPT6H_S125. Each is linked with TEPSIN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEPSIN-to-partner and partner-to-TEPSIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEPSIN versus RALY in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEPSIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEPSIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
