Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEPSIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,910 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEPSIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, Pre-mRNA catabolic process, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with TEPSIN in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEPSIN-to-partner and partner-to-TEPSIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II grouped by TEPSIN-low versus TEPSIN-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
