Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEPSIN mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 774 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEPSIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPLAH, PFKP, and PAPLN. Each is linked with TEPSIN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEPSIN-to-partner and partner-to-TEPSIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPLAH grouped by TEPSIN-low versus TEPSIN-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEPSIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEPSIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
