TENT5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,748 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM7, UBN2_S13, and COL5A1. Each is linked with TENT5A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT5A-to-partner and partner-to-TENT5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENT5A versus PDLIM7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
